Heritage31 Hotel

The room is quite spacious with floor heating. There is no specific wardrobe. The mattress is a bit hard to sleep on. There is additonal water bottles, coffee and water station at the waiting area for free. You can leave the baggage for a few hours in waiting area but not for days.

One person managed the place (forget his name), who did an extraordinary job explaining all the room details and making sure all our requests were taken care off. Amazing guy!!

Little tricky getting to the hotel amongst all the hustle and bustle of the area!

The location is amazing: right in the middle of a vibrant night-life district with many restaurants and bars, but somehow it is in an alley and the room was quiet. There is a direct bus from the airport, which the hotel informed us about prior to arrival. The bathroom was giant!

The bed was hard, but I've heard this is standard in Korea.

Great location. Accessible both to transportation and tourist attractions. Very accommodating staff and quite helpful. Kept our rooms clean.

The Staff, Location and Roof top bar amazing, we had an early morning flight, the fantastic staff had prepared us breakfast to go, also double checked our room to make sure nothing was left behind absolutely excellent.

Food and drinks all around. Many good options. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Room was tiny and had no cabinet for the clothes. Bathroom has not a single shelf. Also there is no shower curtain. Location around the hotel is noisy. Even on 8th floor was it too smelly to leave the window open.
