The apartment was spacious (comparing with other apartments in Seoul)

The washing machine was very small and there was no dryer. The apartment was not cleaned properly before we came, as we found other guests garbage on the floor near the bed. The beds and sheets were not clean and it seems like they did not change it.

The place was dirty and the coach was smelly. Hair all over the aprtment floor even in the cupboard. Stains on the floor which can be remove easily with wet wipes. The toilet seats had yellow stain and hair. Just horrible. Really spoilt the whole stay and trip.

Great location for us. Near buses and metro. Plenty of places to eat breakfast nearby. Property itself is great. We had a deluxe suite for the space and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to self cater. It also has a washing machine, ideal for us as we were visiting family for 3 weeks. Housekeeping are exceptional too. Just message them before 11am each day advising them when you are out and the room is cleaned beautifully.

The clothes aired needs to be a bit bigger as it is difficult to put all your washing on it. Also, the bath towels are rather small and thin. Something bigger and fluffier would be better.
