The staff were really nice and accomodating. Be warned that there are pets around so you will hear the occasional dog barking, but the fact you have your own little kitchen and washing machine/dryer makes it worth it. If you are used to daily room service though, prepare yourself for independence. They deliver/hang new bath mats and bottled water to on your door handle daily but the bedding and towel maintenance is up to you if you are having a short stay (you must give them 24hr notice if you want room service done) Overall though really pleasant and their English was really good. There is food and entertainment on site.

We were happy with our stay. Our room was on the 16th floor — very clean and well-equipped. It had a washing machine and dryer, a wardrobe with a clothing steamer (though we didn’t use it), and a small kitchen. Every morning, they provided fresh towels and bottled water, which was a nice touch. The only thing to keep in mind is that the location is a bit far from the main beach areas in Busan. Public transport (subway and bus) was very close, but we spent quite a bit of time commuting to the beaches.

It was my second stay. Hotel is very close to the metro station. I like this hotel.

They could have take the trash every day.

Such amazing price for what is given only downside was buying our own laundry detergent but everything else was good.

Facilities in the room were pretty nice, I liked the washing machine in the room and the fact that we were on the 18th floor.
