The rooms were large and clean

There was a staff member who had classes. I was having issues trying to make an order and I was curious to see if maybe he could help me. But he seemed rather reluctant to help me due to the lack of his English skills. And it wasn’t a let me get out of translator and let’s talk it out. It was a right away oh, I can’t help you. I wasn’t expecting that answer without me really expressing what I needed to help with.

The washer and dryer’s

So slippers to walk around in and Thoth brush and paste

Easy check in and checkout. All basic facilities provided and great room options with washing machine, large fridge, and cooking hob.

Difficult to regulate room temperature, bed and pillows were not the most comfortable for our tastes.

It was spacious and convenient, all the Samsung appliances (washer, dryer) were extremely good, modern and new.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and in the evening our kitchenette smelled like deep fried food or fish soup problaby coming from another floor

The feeling being not in a hotel and amenities such as washing machine and dryer helps

Languages prob with staff

Очень красивый и комфортный апарт-отель , но грязный, хотя в лифте висит реклама что это самый чистый отель , мы заселились в один номер, но там было грязно и везде волосы ,нам поменяли номер, но и там было грязно и протекал сушильный шкаф нам предложили третий номер , но еще раз переносить все наши чемоданы мы уже не хотели и устали. Есть чайник и плитка, но больше ничего , хотя на фото есть принадлежности для кухни . Еще иногда нам очень долго приходилось ждать лифт. Вообще главная проблема это грязные номера .
