저희 어머니가 넘어져 다치셨는데 직원분들, 특히 매니저님의 응대가 너무 친절하셨습니다. 예정보다 일찍 퇴실해야했지만 호텔 청결도, 위치, 시설 모든 것이 다 훌륭했습니다. 적극 추천합니다!

클럽YP 3번째 방문인데요 아이들이랑 라테라스 워터파크에서 실컷 놀고 신관 클럽YP 에서 편안하게 푹 쉬었어요 아직 공사가 다완료되지않아서 주차는 라테라스리조트에하고 5분 걸어서 이동했어요 원하시면 카트 이용가능합니다 객실 침대 뷰 수영장 만족합니다

시설은 새로 오픈해서 깨끗하고 조용하고 너무 좋았어요 다만 풀장안 수영하는 공간이 잔여물이 많아 조금 찝찝했어요 다른건 너무 좋았어요

Installation was new and comfortable. Swimming pool was amazing. Just need to clarify that check in is in a different building
