This has been my second long stay, and this is still one of the best values for money in Seoul. The location is super convenient, the staff is nice, the room is alright. It is sufficiently calm and quiet while being in walking distance to 이대, 홍대, 합정.

The only issue this time was that it got really cold at night (given how cold this spring was). I was given a second blanket and a small heater, but the overall heating kinda lagged behind by a night.

学生街でショッピングもしやすく、交通の便も良いです。ホテル自体はラブホテルのリノベーションみたいな形なので、お風呂やシャワーをしっかり浴びたいという方にはお勧めできないです。安さとショッピングなのどを取りたい方にはオススメです。
