"Top location, room for improvement in the hostel"

The location of the hostel is perfect. Directly next to airport bus and train station. A lot of markets, shops and restaurants and cafes reachable by feet. Nice common room for eatkng, talking or drinking. And the price for this location hot.

The family room was on the groundfloor without windows. The room was wet and smelling. Air condition and other equipment dirty, loud. The bath with mold and damaged.

I like about the location, is it very near to the meyongdong shopping street which can do a night shopping. The surrounding of the hostel is quiet overall.

The bed is a bit hard. The mirror on the wall has been covered half by the TV, so that I have to bend down my head to do daily make up. The hot water not work quite well too. And I think the room should install more hook for guest to hang their clothes, bag or towel.

"Worth to stay"

Location is good, room is clean and price is cheap.

Staff is nice, but lack of internal communication . I booked taxi to airport through booking.com msg with the host, when I wanna double confirm with the hostel staff, turns out they made two bookings on that day. Hostel staff’s English is not that good, I think. I told her I already booked through booking.com msg, just double confirm. Seems she didn’t get it, and asked me write down the flight details again. Then, 2 taxi drivers were waiting for me.
