Die Ausstattung und die Lage des Apartments weit oben mit einem ordentlichen Ausblick war schön. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super und sorgte für angenehme Temperaturen.

Die Aussage, Parkplätze sind kostenlos vorhanden, stimmt, ist aber irreführend. die Parkplätze sind maximal bis ca. 16:00 Uhr da (öffentlich um das Haus). Danach beginnt ein Parkplatz Krimi und nach 20:00 Uhr muss man mutig parken. Wir hatten dann 800m entfernt einen Platz gefunden, nach 30 Min Suche. Fair wäre es, das zu kommunizieren. Vorteil, am nächsten Tag waren vor dem Haus Plätze wieder frei. Es sieht wüst aus vor dem Haus, ist aber an sich sicher und kein Problem.

The apartment is new, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean, located in a quiet part of town, perfect for a relaxing stay. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We would gladly come back again!

"A spacious apartment in a great location"

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Location was great, parking is free of charge in front of the building or on the street nearby. Check-in went smoothly and next time in Split I would definitely stay again at this place.

외관이 허술해서 실망이 컸으나,렌터카주차도 수월했고,엘리베이터도있어 짐 옮기기 수월했고,숙소 내부는 모든게 완전 만족스러운 시간을 보낼수 있도록 세심한 배려가 느껴지는 숙소였어요. 주방도 욕실도, 방도,침구도..모든게 너무 좋았어요.
