Needs a bit more room/hangers for clothes More bowls and plates for even simple snacks

Good location Helpful staffs

Lack of security, the main door is free to enter. The small rocks in the living room are annoying and easy to get hurt.

UH Suite Central Seoul was an ideal location for our stay. It’s conveniently close to great food spots, shopping areas, and both subway and bus stops, making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were warm and accommodating, and we truly appreciated being allowed to check in a bit early.

Although we experienced an issue on our last night when our room became uncomfortably warm and the night staff were unable to resolve it at the time.

Location was very central and service was very good and helpful.

It would be better if they had deep room cleaning service every day (not just making bed and change of towels).

The location was very convenient for shopping, eating at local restaurants and visiting tourist spots like the palace and the Lotte Department store. The rooms were very clean.

I did not like the pebble floor in the kitchen and I did not like the dining table which was on the floor so was very uncomfortable to sit at.

Location was excellent and the room was amazing. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room and we were very happy with that.
