立地が良い 周りに美味しいお店がたくさんある ホテルと言ってもビルなのでエレベーター 待ちがなく人と会わず快適 今ソウルのホテルが高騰しているから この立地でこの広さは素晴らしい ハウスキーパーの方々もタオルをどっさりと持ってきてくれます

英語が話せないといろいろ大変かも

Clean and location is close to a lot of restaurants. Communications with the reception is super easy via WhatsApp. They also have long working hours. Free laundry machines.

The shower drainage was blocked on the first day, but they addressed the issue quickly, otherwise the whole bathroom would be flooded.

8人で泊まりましたが十分なスペースがありました。8人で一緒に夕飯を囲めるスペースがあったのがかなり良かったです。シャワールーム、トイレも2つずつあり便利でした。

The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were exceptional. Great bathroom.

Nice concept. Not really practical for a family

Very good location and beautiful modern and clean appartments.

There was no windows in the rooms only one in the dining area. But for travellers out the whole day maybe not a criteria that matters much.

Location is good, close to different locations. Room is smaller than expected but it is clean and service is top notch!

Well located and overall a great place to stay with family. The Family Suite was comfortable for our group of 6, and having two bathrooms was very convenient. A free laundry service is available on the reception floor, which is also a nice bonus. The place felt calm and safe, which we really appreciated when coming back after a full day out.

No major negative points, just a few details that felt different from what I am used to. The reception is located on the 3rd floor, and at times we had to wait a little for the elevator, though fortunately the hotel was not crowded. Apart from check-in and check-out, we didn’t interact much with the staff. Perhaps this was because we didn’t actively seek assistance, but while the welcome was fine, I felt there was a slight lack of warm recommendations or a deeper sense of hospitality. That said, the staff did respond to our requests when needed. We didn’t try the restaurant on the ground floor. It’s a pity that the staff didn’t promote it more; I couldn’t tell whether it was a missed opportunity or simply a place not really worth recommending. No breakfast service is provided, but there are plenty of coffee shops and breakfast places nearby. You just need to be mindful of their opening hours. I would have appreciated some recommendations from the staff on where to try.
