Friendly and hospitable staff! Thank you, Hannah, for your hospitality and ensuring that my grandma and I had a wonderful stay :) Appreciate that they provided hot and cold water dispenser, microwaves, towels, and toiletries.

The walls between the rooms were hollow, and the neighbouring units were loud and hitting things against the wall, which disrupted our peace and sleep. It'll be good to put a poster to remind guests to keep their volume down and respect others.

The hotel is near to all...

The room is too small

This place was great value for money and was comfortable. I like the fact that there was an iron, water filter, fridge in the room and that you could change your towels. It's also really close to Chungmuro subway station which is a really central convenient spot.

Sometimes the towel replacement basket was empty and I think maybe the iron could be replaced (it's a little old and burnt).
