LVG Hotel Collection - Il Portico

Some areas of the property pretty run down. Facilities in common areas not properly cleaned with rubbish overflowing from bins and not always stocked with toilet paper. Bar staff - non existent and untrained. Delivered a bottle of wine but forgot to uncork so had to do it ourselves

In dem Zimmer ist Anders als bei der Hotelsuche angegeben: keine Klimaanlage. Lediglich ein lauter Ventilator.

Ein Hotelzimmer in Italien im Hochsommer ohne Klimaanlage sollte es eigentlich nicht mehr geben 😉 Dafür hatten wir Blick auf den Lago Magiore

Nettes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Ideal um an den Sonntagsmarkt zu gehen.

Die Lage war perfekt und das Personal nett! Leider sind die Räume extrem hellhörig und die Fenster sehr alt. Alles was ausserhalb des Hotels geschieht, hört man mehr als deutlich im innern der Zimmer.

Soweit alles tip top

A bit difficult to find as it is in a pedestrianised zone and hotel parking is limited, but the place itself was very nice. Quote a distance from reception to our room in another part of the hotel, but we were right on the lake with lovely views. The room and bathroom were clean and adequate for our purposes (overnight stop). Breakfast was good, and we were lucky with the weather, so ate outside on the terrace. Plenty of restaurants in the area for evening meals.
