Brand new, affordable, great rooms for the price. The only downside is the lack of good view as the nearby area is under development and you just see construction and buildings with low occupancy. Hopefully things will change as the development finishes in the next couple of years.

Friendly staff, room, available food.

The area is in full construction, very noisy then, and far from the subway station. You can ride a cab for around 10/15$ or hitch hike.
