역이랑 가까움

1. 기본적인 단열이 안되며 현관문 아래로 찬바람이 계속 들어오며 난방기로는 따뜻해지지 않음. 바람이 들어오지 않도록 조치 필요. 2. 카드키가 아니고 비밀번호라 좀 불안 했음. 카드키로 변경 필요.

* 에어컨디션/히터의 위치가 머리 위 천장에 부착되어 있어 수면에 지장을 줌. * 벽간 방음은 10점 만점에 6. * 화장실 변기와 세수대를 왜 그리 좁게 설치 했는지 아쉬움.
