I got woken up at midnight to pay my bill instead of waiting until I woke up the next day.

Great location, close to the base and all the shopping and restaurants.

Great rates and hotel but not so great parking

Assisted me beyond necessary when I didn’t have a phone.

Dont let the outside of the hotel discourage you from staying here. Rooms are clean and new. Very comfortable for two people. Checkin was quick and easy. Our floor had a self serve water bottle and ice station. Been working in Songtan for 5 months and have stayed in various hotels around the area. Have to say this was the best one. Did not smell like cigarette smoke in the hallway or rooms which was very much appreciated and refreshing. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable and appliances were new. Had chargers with different phone ports already plugged into the wall. Very convenient. TV was a good size and had Netflix. Hotel is near many food options and stores. Check out was 1pm. Overall, it was the best hotel in the area.
