The room was good with a good bathroom.

I specifically booked this hotel for the rooftop pool, yet neither booking.com nor the hotel informed me at any time before (or during) our stay that the pool was closed for maintenance works. I later google translated a sign in the lift about the works which was the only information available. Housekeeping was bad. Twice we were provided one bath towel instead of two (including our first night). The place seemed understaffed.

Bien situé prés du port et à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée avec une bonne literie. Belle salle d'eau fonctionnelle. Cet hôtel a donc le potentiel pour être bien noté. Malheureusement, il a des points négatifs. Le personnel est quasi absent à l'accueil et peu motivé. Le trafic de la rue est parfois bruyant et en plus il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel pendant notre séjour, bruyants eux aussi. Et surtout la propreté laissait à désirer : traces de café sur les portes des placards de la cuisine et traces de rouge à lèvres sur une des tasses. Dommage !
