駅近くフロントに人もいて安心 コンビニもすぐ近く 洗濯物は専用洗濯袋に入れて朝渡すと夜部屋に入れてくれていた テレビは大きい いつも安い宿に泊まっているけど1番よかった。ラブホなのでお風呂も広め 床暖房も伝えて暖かくなった。部屋に帰ったらつけてくれたのかな？ 全体的には大満足

部屋が少し暗いのでもう少し明るくできると更に過ごしやすかった 連泊をしたので言わないと掃除してくれてなかったので言うと対応してくれた。言わなくても掃除していた日もあったり １箇所コンセントが緩かったけどまあ大丈夫

결제 직후 예약 오류를 인지해 즉시 취소 요청을 했으나, 호텔 측에서는 일관되게 부킹닷컴으로만 문의하라는 답변을 반복했습니다. 그 외의 설명이나 대안은 없었고, 고객 입장에서 문제를 해결하려는 태도는 찾아보기 어려웠습니다. 환불 불가 규정은 이해하더라도, 기계적인 응대와 소극적인 대응은 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 다시 이용하고 싶은 마음은 들지 않았습니다
