There was no cleaning, no emptying trashes, no changing bedspread. No help about refund for early check out.

The staff were very friendly but didn’t speak English. Free water was good.

States it is a non smoking facility but checked into the room and it stunk of smoke and had an ashtray in the room. Asked to change rooms but they said they had no rooms and asked me to turn on the air purifier. The smell gave me a headache for two days.
