CAThis is great and quiet location and very close to Metro station of Virginia Sq - just a few blocks with few minutes walk. The room is spacious with large bed, and kids enjoy the stay. The view for the room is great (16flr) The building itself is not quite new, however, the suite has been maintained well and clean. The team is great too with prompt feedback for the questions
Overall it is great. It will be better to point out that the room is not with the balcony. The water flow for the master bedroom’s sink faucet is bit small.

US. nice decent size unit, in the generic, builders-grade sense (executive, because of fake plants? nope) and well-ish located, but thats it. oh, and the smoke detectors were covered in plastic wrap, which im going to guess made them non-functinal and against code?
ac didnt work upon arrival during a heat wave. management was non-responsive, uness "open windows and turn on floor fans" qualifies. two fans from Walmart, in unopened boxes were sitting outside the apt door upon arrival so clearly management knew but pretended to take action. said they would send someone, person never showed, and then had the nerve to say "we are having extra fans delivered" meeaning...the ones already at the door. open windows meant a LOT of noise from other apartments given acoustics. and pool advertised in the headline was non-operational so no respite there either
Great price in nice area, walking distance to several places to eat get coffee ect.
