Brand New Suite in Kansas City

The property looked wonderful, just like the pictures. There were two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent kitchen with nice appliances both large and small. Nice large kitchen island and stools. Dinning room table was nice size. Although chairs look nice, they were uncomfortable as you could feel the cushion springs upon sitting..The linens were nice and soft and beds extra comfortable. Decor--nothing fancy or extravagent. Sofa nice and comfortable with clean leather. The tv was appropriate for the place. The downsize was the poor quality and quantity of toiletries. Lots of empty or almost empty bottles of shampoo, conditioner and hand soap as can be seen in pictures. We could not get the dishwasher to start and the cleaning service failed to check under the bed and remove some dirty men's underwear left behind--gross!. The room was far from the elevator and the hall to get to the room smelled strongly of pot. It was necessary to place a towel under the entry door opening to prevent the smell from drifting into the apartment. The location is next to a busy street and you can hear a lot of cars passing some blasting loud music. Ear plugs were left in the bedrooms to address the issue. If it weren't for the cheap toiletries and dirty underwear, I would have given this property five stars because some things are beyond control.

The apartment was very nice, clean and safe and all rhe people a met at the building were super friendly and nice.
