We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were nicely furnished. The surroundings are well maintained and create a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely helpful and kind, which made our stay feel very welcoming. The restaurant was also lovely – definitely worth having dinner there during your stay.

The breakfast was perfectly nice, though not outstanding – still a solid 7.5-8/10.

The hotel is located in a pleasant and quiet area. The restaurant, designed in a charming “Liberty” style, has a lovely aesthetic. However the tables and chairs were not properly cleaned.

I was assigned the smallest and darkest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. While I did book a “classic” room that looked “normal” on the site, I didn’t expect one so cramped that the bed was practically touching the door. What disappointed me most, however, was the cleanliness. The first day when we returned to the hotel, our room was untouched and hadn’t been cleaned. The receptionist, clearly embarrassed, offered us a new room. We had booked two rooms, one of which was quite expensive (over 450 per night), at our arrival we found the trash bin still full with items left by the previous guest, unacceptable. I contacted the management via email, since no specific person had been assigned to handle the issue, however, I’ve yet to receive any reply, and I must say I’m quite disappointed with how the situation has been managed.
