"Lack of urgency & basic commodities"

At first everything seemed ok, until we found out that we had only 2 towels for our 1 week stay, no extra blankets, and the tv wasn't working. The manager answered calls/texts on the first three days (as I continued to request someone coming to fix the tv). Extra blankets were inside plastic bags "clean" according to manager. But no extra towels were ever supplied and he stopped responding to my requests to please fix the tv. Manager only urged me to message owner via hotels.com, but no one ever responded. I'm extremely disappointed for the lack of urgency to fulfill basic requests "included in our stay"; and feel disrespected for not responding past the third day.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean, well-stocked with toiletries and towels, and the hot water was super quick to turn on :) I think it's important to note that Miami Beach has a lot of older-style buildings in between skyscrapers, and if you're not used to the natural condition of buildings like that, you might think the building isn't properly maintained from the outside. But the inside hallways and room was very clearly updated and well cared for, and the multiple codes gates on the properly gave me confidence that I was safe and sound. The neighborhood itself felt overall safe to me as well, by Miami standards anyway. I ended up using PayByPhone street parking for my stay since I was constantly driving around and coming back late, but the location does offer limited parking spots for $20 a night if you wanted to go that route instead. Found myself not really needing to contact the manager after check-in, but he was quick to respond whenever I did call or text on the first day👍

This place was absolutely disgusting and nothing like the photos. The room we were given looked nothing like what we paid for. We tried to contact the host right away to ask about it, and he wasn’t responding to my texts or calls (to both numbers he gave) Then, while my friend and I were getting ready, a maintenance man walked right into the room. No notice. No knock. Just walked in like it was normal. We were shocked and uncomfortable. I messaged the host about this too, and — surprise — he ignored that as well. The one and only good thing about this place is the location — it’s near Ocean Drive. Because of the lack of communication from the host, we left for a few hours to enjoy the area and cool off. When we came back, we were horrified to find bugs crawling on the bed.My friend went to wash her hands and saw dead bugs in the sink. We looked up and realized the light fixture was filled with tiny bugs & their wings. Gross. I called the host multiple times—no answer. I texted him, and his only response was, “Pest control will be on their way.” That’s it. No apology.no sense of urgency, nothing. We contacted Expedia because there was no way we were staying there. The booking was originally non-refundable, but because the host still wouldn’t respond to them either, we were issued a refund. So thank you to Expedia and Nadhell for handling it properly, because the host certainly didnt. Yes, it’s close to Ocean Drive. But that doesn’t matter when you’re sleeping with bugs. bleh

I didn’t like the host texting me about paying the parking fee all the time. and I wasn’t able to go inside after he gave me the code, I had to being waiting for him to open the door for us as well the property doesn’t have inside locks so the host could be able to go inside if they wants and with my kids I wasn’t feel safe because they may could entry any time if they wants

The room was very clean and one could prepare breakfast and light meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The Wifi signal was a little iffy but it did work most of the time. There is no staff or office at the property itself but I was able to connect with their caretaker by phone and get into the property when I arrived. Be sure to have US roaming or an e-sim card. There was some noise from neighbours across the street talking on their phones outside but it was always quiet from 10:30 pm at the latest. I would have liked to pay the $40 cleaning fee in cash but there was no access to their office and I was unwilling to leave cash sitting in the room with no proof of payment being given. I would stay here again as the location is mostly quiet except for occasional very loud motorcycles but that is a nuisance throughout the whole city. There is a grocery store five minutes away and close access to bus 150 which takes you to the airport and bus 100 which takes you to downtown Miami. Ocean Drive is a ten-minute walk. I preferred this quieter location to those right on the beach or main streets.

It was clean and the shower worked. Check in process could have gone smoother. Check in time was 4pm (late by my standards), but didn't get email with the code info. I followed up at 445pm and was given apt info. Initial room was huge, but was still being cleaned and looked hours away from being ready. 2nd room was much smaller, but acceptable. Took 3hrs to cool the room down, but finally was able to find a comfortable setting. Just know before you go that this apartment is close to a busy street and there is a lot of noise at all hours of the night. Also, the area is well lit and your room doesn't get dark even when you close the blinds.Overall, it was a good value but it's not enough to entice me to return.

DO NOT BOOK!!! This is by far the worst property we have ever stayed at. OUR ROOM WAS BROKEN INTO in the middle of the night!!! IT WAS A TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE. And THE BURGLARS USED A DOOR CODE TO GET IN!!!!!! HOW DID THEY KNOW THE CODE??? We contacted the host, but no response from them. The police report was filed. We had to get a different hotel room because we felt very unsafe. It looks nothing like the pictures and it’s dirty. The communication with the host is nonexistent, but they want you to pay for the reservation outside of the booking platform. SHADY SHADY SHADY. They have a big sign on the fridge that says they’re gonna pay you for a good review so I’m assuming that’s where the good reviews come from. They never change the door codes between the guests apparently, and there is no security locks on the inside of the property . Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!!

Tive dificuldade de encontrar pq o responsåvel passou endereço errado do estacionamento. Wi fi com falhas constantes, reclamei vårias vezes e nada foi feito. Boa localização e espaço.
