Palms Place Condo Hotel & Casino

Are stay was ok. None of the outlets would charge our phone properly. We were only given 1 half used roll of paper towels and 1 and half used roll of tissue. No extra towels and we stayed for 4 days 3 nights. At our previous days, we stayed in different rooms there I know the condos are owned by separate owners, so I guess it just depends on the owner of your condo whether or not accommodations.

I like the fact that it was off the strip but still felt like the Vegas magic. The only issue I had was the communication with the front office check was not smooth and when I wanted assistance they pointed me to the owner which was not reachable.

The Palms Place is a nice place. I’m reviewing the private condo that I stayed at. It was awful, dirty, many things broken: ice maker, panels falling down, walls dirty greasy, trim broken, vomit on the wall in the bathroom- getting ahold of them is difficult. There is a cleaning fee that is charged when checking out, that wasn’t mentioned. I did have a great experience with the people that worked ant the Palms - all very nice and helpful. The Orgoto management /condo not good.

The pictures they are using are NOT the suite/room you get when checking in. There are additional fees as well... basically a scam that Expedia allows for some reason. I would highly advise against this booking.
