Rented a two-bedroom unit for a 5 days stay and overall we were all satisfied with the experience.
The property exactly in the pictures. Very spacious for a family of 7, sheets are nice and clean, bathroom spotless, 5 minutes walk to nearest train station, kitchen well supplied. Thank you Diana for accomodating us. We will visit again!
We had a great stay in Arlington—perfect location for exploring D.C., Alexandria, and close to Reagan Airport. Whole Foods and Harris Teeter were just a few minutes away, and traffic into the city was light to moderate at most hours. The apartment complex was beautiful, with a friendly front desk. Key pickup via KeyCafe was smooth, and the parking pass was waiting in the unit. The garage was a bit confusing at first—signage to the orange spaces was poor (located a level below green), lighting was dim, and the normal exit was closed due to construction—but once we figured it out, parking was easy. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. Even with Reagan Airport across the street, airplane noise was minimal. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of duvets. Note: the building offers either heat or AC depending on the season. The kitchen was small and minimally stocked, but fine if you bring your own supplies. The courtyard was a nice private retreat. The gym is basic but easily accessible. The pool was closed for the season but looked inviting. There is some construction across the street that caused occasional noise, but it appears nearly complete. The host was excellent—called before and after the stay to ensure everything went smoothly. Emanuel was especially kind at checkout. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!
The communication is superior. Everything was easy and the customer service with Whoost and the Crystal plaza staff was phenomenal! I wish I could have extended my stay! That would have been wonderful! Unit could have been cleaner.
Close to everything and nice apartment
Exceptionally clean apartment with 2 Queen beds in 2 separate bedrooms, plus a pull out couch. Master bedroom has an en-suite, W/D in closet and TV. Excellent free WiFi and Roku TV in living room and master bedroom. Building has a concierge and it’s located in a safe neighborhood. Underground parking available for a decent fee. Metro to airport or downtown Washington is a 5 minute walk, straight down the street. Harris Teeter grocery store is a 20 minute walk. Apartment is situated near 2 Marriotts and other hotels. Great place to stay if you don’t want to pay hotel rates!
I stayed here for 2 nights. The price was pretty good but they hold $300 which they don’t tell you about on top of the price of the stay. The apartment itself was nice. It was a large size and had all the things you would need except wash cloths. There was a red stain on the carpet in the bedroom that looked like blood and the water in the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain immediately. There is construction going on right next door. Check in was annoying because they didn’t have a record of my booking but it was worked out.Garage parking was crowded especially at night. Overall it was ok.
Large, convenient location and good to have two bedrooms and bathrooms. Concierge very helpful and friendly, metro very close. Think budget, Not luxury, worn towels, poor shower pressure, parking a nuisance and there is nothing extra such as coffee filters, better paper products, etc. but it is safe, restaurants in the area, gas, etc. Tried to turn off the heat bit apartment very warm. You can open the windows for fresh air, until about 6:15 am. The major drawback, however, is the construction right outside the flat which starts with equipment beeping and tonnes of shouting and banging without fail between 6:15-6:30 am. Good for those that are very early risers!!! But no chance of sleeping in.
