The property is misrepresented in pictures. It appears to be upscale and luxurious. That is not the case.

The property is much smaller than represented. Had bugs and flies.

Tuve varios problemas con el código de la puerta para ingresar. Las fotos no son 100% fieles a la realidad.

Location

The unit was run down, dark , neighbors extremely loud upstairs till 2am!! This unit had one bathroom that you can only access by going in to one of the bedrooms. No outside furniture to enjoy the best part of the place.

Great location

The small bathroom tolet was not connected. I connected it back myself with NO offer of any rental rebate after i reported the issue.

Very quiet.

The construction/renovation that I did not see listed. Would have never booked.

stove, washer and dryer, frige was new.

furniture was old. the Building was under construction.

Absolutely loved that the condo was right across the dog beach park!

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

When planning this trip the staff was very helpful on helping us prepare.

The customer isn't wanting to purchase toiletries and such things I feel it should accommodate such item for the allowed time. The staff should check the age and make sure the customer realizes there's 3/4 flight of stairs to go up with luggage and groceries it's alot for older women that didn't have help with them. It may help and book a different condo from the same place just with not so many stairs. Also, the whole time we were there. there was construction going on way early in the morning across from the condo even the one we stayed in was under construction although no one was working on our condo at that time it was under construction. Other than that the stay was great. Maybe with this it will better help the next customer and next year when we book .this improvement may be available for our stay.
