Condo Steps Away from Crystal City Metro

The tub surround tiles were buggled and cracked when we arrived. The bathroom door was tight to close on day one and gradually won't close completely. The last day of my 5 day stay, there were no hot water at the kitchen and bathroom (sinks, and shower/tub). Called customer service nunber and was told that they will send maintenance. Maintenance did not arrived by the time we checked out. The access to the parking garage was not convenient - the elevator only goes down to B2, guest was only allowed to parked at B3, whick mean you have to drag your luggage down some dark and gloomy stairs well. Lastly, the host registration requirements was so extensive that I feel viloated - they wanted front and back of all guest driver license or government issued ID.

Terrible experience staying at this property I won't never rented again

Great location. The overall condition of the condo was very good. The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning....it was 80 degrees the entire time. When we talked to the management company, we were told it was a "city issue" and no effort to change it. Also, no wash clothes, hand towels, or coffee to make.

Dirty used sheets- they didn’t change them from previous guests. No toilet paper. One key for 2 guests.
