It is not a hotel. They do not have a place to hold luggage. The bedsheets on the sofa bed were dirty. The sofa bed is AWFUL.

Our apartment was spacious, clean and furnished adequately. The mattress could have been more supportive and it would have been nice to have a small dresser to put our clothes in since we were there for several days. Nevertheless it was a great value for the price and we will book the Woodburn again when we travel to Ciccinnati to visit.
