Location was good. Area was right across from Dog Beach West and a short walk to the sno cone truck, which was a plus. Outside was kept up nicely. Big front patio area with good seating. There was also a small patio area off the bedroom.

We noticed some superficial things right away; No door trim in the inside with a few spiders. The glued on outlets fell off in dining area when we used them. The blinds on the first window in LR don’t work. The left side of kitchen sink took forever to drain The master bed was SO hard! No give at all. It really felt like a bed spring instead of a mattress. There were also several spots above the bed where the unit above obviously leaked through. There were cracks and holes in the ceiling. The washing machine didn’t work!! This was a major disappointment for us, as we make sure to get rentals with one so we can wash our beach clothes and towels. The worst part is they knew and didn’t tell us. We had to find out on arrival. I felt kind of tricked. The employee I spoke with on it was very kind and gave us more towels to last the weekend, but we were stuck with re-packing dirty clothes and running out of some things. (I don’t pack “extra” when I feel I can wash and re-use) We also weren’t made aware that the unit on top of us was undergoing construction EVERYDAY of our trip, from morning till evening. So…no mid-day Siestas or relaxation for us after a nice beach day! Most of it was also above our room and loud hammering sounds which drove our dog crazy! Also…I’ll add that when they got done working outdoors, they swept their porch which was directly above ours and dust and debris fell right on us through the cracks in the boards. That setup can be a bit better. There is plenty of yard to walk your dog, but it’s not lit up at all at night so bring a flashlight.

Convenient to beach and pet friendly

Needed better cookware. Bigger bed. Rugs not in good shape. Construction group working on roofing on the section of condos we were in for all 7 days except Sunday.
