The room was really nice! Due to the weather, I wasn’t able to walk around the area. Drive around, it looks like it would be a fun area to explore at night! Next time for sure. The only thing I would have changed was the restroom. The towels were not clean and the water pressure was pretty low. With no curtain in the shower, the mat for the restroom became soaked. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely no parking at this place -- a fact they should have made more clear. The room was smaller than it appeared in photos. They say it's 500 sq ft but 300 seems more like it. There is no reception desk and no staff around, but they do answer the phone if you call the helpline. The room is not cleaned like a hotel. You have to pay $100 for a cleaning including new towels and sheets. But even if you order a cleaning they might not show up. That happened to me both times I tried. My stay lasted two weeks and the room was never cleaned. By that time the floor was quite dirty and I was dying for a fresh towel.

Asks for more blankets and towels, promised , never came. It was always hot! Opened a door we thought was a closet but it was a electrical box for several units, smoke alarm had a cover over it, looked like painters forgot to remove it. Parking on street cost a fortune, could have stayed at a better place with parking. No TV if we did not add outmr own login!! Not even local tv chanel!. Worse experience ever! I wanted to leave hours after we arrived but they said no refund.

It was dirty. Ac was not able to cool the room. Housekeeping couldn’t clean the room correctly after several calls. Check in was complicated took 3 hours for checking in. Overall a terrible experience they need to figure out what they are doing.

Amazing property & location! This will be my only choice when I’m in Austin
