My husband and I had a weekend getaway to New Orleans. This place was the perfect spot. It was clean, beautiful, comfy, spacious, and a great location

We stayed at this location for my birthday and while overall it was nice there were some issues that put a damper on our stay. The floors turned all of our white socks gray from not being cleaned thoroughly. To the point where we purchased sandals to have in the apartment so we could have clean socks. The water in the unit didn’t stay hot so showering in both bathrooms was not fun. We had to take very quick showers as not to get stuck with absolutely freezing cold water. The washer which we specifically went out of our way to get detergent just didn’t work which left the load we tried to wash soaking wet. There were also small details that were overlooked such as batteries not being dead in the remotes for the televisions, having dish soap to do dishes or pods for the dishwasher. Most likely will not stay at this companies properties in the future.

Excellent communication. Hot water in one bathroom didn't work. Management tried to fix it but it couldn't be in a timely manner. It was no big deal because there was another shower in the unit.

Simply perfect !!!

We had a lot of trouble trying to check in. The email that was sent to us with the instructions on how to check in had a link that would not work. The phone number that was listed was not manned and we spent nearly an hour on hold. We spent over an hour with hotels.com virtual agent before my wife finally got through to a person. After an hour of sitting in our car on the street, being on two phones and typing to a totally useless hotels.com virtual agent, we got an email that had a link that worked so we were able to get into the building and the apartment. Once we got in everything was as advertised and very good. Word of advice make sure the link provided in the email with instructions works before you get to the property.
