Accoglienza perfetta, servizi impeccabili.

Vi blev modtaget så positivt allerede nede i parkeringskælderen. Giovanni -pedellen hjalp med at tømme bilen og komme op på værelset. Det var super service. Vi blev altid mødt med smil og hjælpsomhed fra Giovanni. Damerne der gjorde ret altid imødekommende er ned og smilende og der var virkeligt rent og pænt både ude og inde.

Das Zimmer hatte mit seiner Eisentür fast den Eindruck eines Lagerraum gemacht. Preis für das Frühstück und des Parkplatzes zu hoch.

Hotel bardzo czysty, przyjazny gościom i wyposażony wzorowo. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, szczególnie Giovanni! Lokalizacja przy ścieżce rowerowej dodatkowym plusem dla rowerzystów. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i bardzo urozmaicone, jedna z najlepszych na jakie trafiłem w hotelach. Możliwość zamówienia obiadu również na plus.

The staff really makes you feel welcomed. They are all very friendly and willing to help with anything. Talking especially about Giovanni and the guy at the pool bar, but also reception. The facilities are good and the view is nice, we could see the mountains, the lake, very beautiful. The breakfast is rich with a lot of cool options, also if you want to eat very healthy.

Connecting to the internet is not the easiest, they could do something easier. The location is a bit far from a bigger village or so, but not too bad. You have a few restaurants in the neighborhood anf also some activities.
