"Fantastic apartment in brilliant location "

Our recent stay at Poetry House was fantastic, it is located right in the heart of the old town and has so much on it's doorstep - restaurants, bars, shops, waterfront, etc. all just a short stroll away. Andrea and her team were so accommodating and welcoming, we would definitely stay in their lovely apartment again, especially as it has a lovely terrace to relax on after a day of sightseeing in beautiful Split.

We enjoyed our stay in Poetry House. The location is excellent - right in the heart of old town, with everything you need only a short walk away. The property is quiet, comfortable and convenient. The host allows self check-in which gave us extra flexibility as we were arriving late at night. Parking can be difficult to find in the area as many of the streets are pedestrianised - althought we did manage to find parking on all days, just requires a bit more patience!

"Absolutely perfect location, spacious and clean!"

Location is absolutely perfect, could not be in a better spot! Terrace is a great addition to the property with nice furniture. Really smooth getting the keys and quick communication by the staff. Comfortable beds don’t be put off by the bunk beds.

The house was located in the old town and was quiet which was great. The kitchen and main living area were spacious bright and very clean

Over 2000 euro s for 5 nights is very expensive. The spiral staircase to the the balcony was not for the faint hearted.

This was a very unique and cool way for our group to spend our last night in Split. You are nustled away in the alleys which makes you feel like a local, but when you get inside you realize the Poetry House is actually a funky/hip spot with lots of space. You are also walking distance to the Riva and the main tourist attractions. The rooftop is great for a mellow evening and to be outside without being on top of all the other tourists. Highly recommend just make sure you give them a heads up on when you plan on checking in.
