Superb hotel, would definitely stay again next time we are in Zagreb. Great spa and massage choices. Breakfast bar was really really good and plenty of dairy free or even gluten free options! The staff was very friendly and helped to solve few requests.

Es wurde eine Hochzeit im unteren Stockwerk gefeiert und man hörte den Partylärm (extrem laute Musik) bis 4h Früh. Das darf in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie normalerweise nicht passieren. Das hat uns die Nacht leider total vermiest.

We celebrated our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary in the Sljeme Hall at Grand Hotel Zagreb, and we have nothing but praise for the entire experience. From the very beginning of the planning and organization process, everything was handled professionally, warmly, and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout- all of our questions were answered quickly, and every detail was adapted to our wishes and needs. The venue itself is beautifully decorated, elegant, and thoughtfully arranged. The service was exceptional and truly at a high level. Everyone involved was attentive, kind, and dedicated throughout the entire evening, always making sure everything was exactly as we imagined. Special compliments to the entire staff for their professionalism and hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were very generous. Nothing was missing at any moment, and every guest was more than satisfied. All compliments and warm recommendations for Grand Hotel Zagreb, and a big thank you to everyone who helped make our celebration so special and unforgettable. People truly are the heart of every great place.
