CZHRBetter communication between reception and /or special intervention crew/ because that crew wants to pull me out although I prolonged my stay, because Nobaduy speaks nider listen to nobady. It was very hard for me, and I had to spend two days with the ants in the room because nobody listened to my complaint at the reception, except one young gay man, but the staff did not listen to him.I came for three years in Petram, and I was very sad because of all that, especially about /Intervention crew/I am old enough to recognize the intention, but I will go to Petram again, and they will become better, I hope.
