The room was very clean and nice overall! If you’re a light sleeper Try to get a room that doesn’t face the street since you can hear all the people walking around!

Very convinient location, walkable from Split bus station as no car would not be able to drive anyway. Nice rooms and bathrooms. However, you will need to contact property manager ahead of time to let them know about your arrival time otherwise you will need to wait outside for about 10-15min until someone will come yo let you in. Breakfast is included to be served from 8am-10am in the cafe right across from the entrance into the building but expect some delays specially when you are in a hurry for excursion. However staff is very friendly and nice

Beautiful and well furnished apartment. Well maintained. Good breakfast provided in restaurant opposite. Centrally located in historic centre. Can't fault it whatsoever. Would definitely book it again.

The location can't be better. The room had all needed. It was clean, freshly renovated. My reservation included breakfast that was served in the restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was amazing. The team that is looking after the room was nice and provided with many useful tips.

Check in person was great and room is wonderfully located - clean and nice. But they didn't reply to a couple of follow up question once we checked in and never cleaned the room during our 4 day stsy nor gave us fresh towels and refill of coffee.

I have stayed in many a hotel and this was hands down one of the loveliest places. Set on the first floor (remember that in Europe the first floor is actually the 2nd for those who live stateside) of a gorgeous old building in the heart of Old Town Split, the inside of the building is immaculately clean and modern. The same goes for the room itself. Spotless. It’s not a large room in and of itself, but the bed is one of the most comfortable kings I’ve been in. And the bathroom is almost as large as the room itself. Double vanity (which wasn’t needed in my case, but surely welcome if I had met someone or bring someone next time I am certain to visit), beautiful finished cement floor, tastefully tiled large shower with both a handheld nozzle and a rain shower option. (Make sure you don’t accidentally turn off the hot water button located directly next to the bathroom light as I did; a cold shower is a bit surprising for someone like me). But when it was on the hot water was virtually instant. Upon my arrival I was met by Ivica who gave me the tour and also provided me with an exhaustive and helpful list of the best places to be in split in every department: restaurants, nightlife, views, excursions, and even a discount code. He was incredibly attentive when I needed anything. Truth be told, for someone who isn’t located on the premises i was immensely impressed with the speed of his response and kindness. He was AWESOME (as was the owner). Will def come back asap!
