La Vista Suites

Staff were incredibly helpful, room was huge with good facilities. Lovely view from balcony. Decent car park if needed. Loved the roof terrace. Restaurant below with good breakfast. Location was walkable to the old town but meant it wasn’t crowded. Beach at your doorstep with a selection of restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had a great sea view, a beautiful pool, and was very well equipped. The location is perfect — right next to the beach, which also has a nice beach bar and a shower, and just a short walk to the town center. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the restaurant on the ground floor was excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic new property well located opposite Kolovare beach. Approximately 30mins walk or 7 minute taxi into old town. Lovely rooftop pool with stunning view.

Some listed amenities not available in apartment, including clothes rack and iron. After repeated requests received a clothes rack after 2 days. Suggested to manager to amend listing to accurately reflect amenities. States manager available 0800-2000hrs but this was not the case during our stay. Took several attempts to meet manager to provide ID documents to lack of their availability. Advised shift commenced at 1400hrs. Also, for a new apartment, air conditioning vents very dirty, as well as light shade. Also, shower recess quite mouldy. This could easily be rectified.

Really nice room with huge bed and balcony. About 15 min relaxing walk along small roads and the coast line to old town. Beach right across the street and rooftop pool with loungers and amazing sea views. Room was quiet, even being on first floor with the restaurant directly below. View was overtop the restaurant canopy, but was still nice sea view. Beach towels provided which was nice.

Construction on the road in front made it impossible to reach the hotel by car. We had to park 2 blks away and walk in. We got the car in a few hours later. Not the hotels fault, but make sure you have good directions if you are driving. The duvet cover was inside out.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Full views of the coast from the rooftop pool and amazing sunset view point. Able to upgrade to the penthouse apartment which was gorgeous and spacious. The manager and host was very responsive and accommodating. Great communication and the property was perfect for us!
