Where to start…first the communication was awful. There is no signage for the entrance, the “email” never came, and most the staff struggle to assist. You will pay for EVERY Thing, even when the hotels.com site says it is there/include as so price is mentioned. Breakfast was okay (know), the pool, and many other amenities were not said to have to pay. This was the place I was most looking forward to staying and am so glad my plans changed and I was only subjected to this place for 1 night. If you can stay else where…not worth the bait and switch prices.

The parking garage is very spacious. New apartment building. Bed good.

Building and apartment unfinished. Renovation dust everywhere and a bit untidy. Windows and surfaces dirty. Breakfast so bad that we only drank coffee from disposable cups. The food was standing warm and was not fresh. We do not recommend breakfast. Some of the instructions and messages were in korean. Our messages and phone calls were not answered when we asked for advice.
