I liked everything but communication with host was not efficient

The kitchenette and the ease of getting and out. And the luggage storage.

Communication was a little tricky with the front desk when it was after hours. I didn't know how to call them or text them or email them. Also, we didn't speak the same language. But I was able to work around that. The thing I really didn't like was that when I use the air conditioner, there was a bright green light on the air conditioner, and it was not possible, according to the front desk, to turn that off, so it was bright at night. It was a bad design by the air conditioning company.

i did not recieve my room number and key code.called the staff by phone and asked about the code but they were not able to identify my Japanese name and waited for more than 1 hour for thir call back, finally i went directly to the hotel and fortunately find a staff and my reservation myself. i was horrified if this happened in the mid night and warn't abled to find the existting staff myself. i would like to claim back my payment for this stressful experience. this is due to the fact that the staff wasn't able to identify my booked reservation and key code was not sent to me for the auto check in

New and clean with great facilities

I didn't receive the pass code on time. In fact, I got the massage on the next day, which was uncomfortable. I WAS LUCKY WHEN I MET THE OWNER ON MT FIRST NIGHT WHICH HE HELP ME WITH THAT.
