見た目はキレイが細かいとこまでまでの掃除が行き届いてない フロントもチェックイン時間しか呼んでも来ない 荷物だけ置いて出掛けたかってけど 時間にならいとフロント 出てこないと言われ自動チェックインもつかえない

Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick (cardless door opening via a link provided at check-in). The hotel room was well equipped with great air conditioning and good furniture. The bathroom did not look as nice as the room but it was practical. The whole staff was very kind and helpful. There were not many options for breakfast but it was a lot and tasted good. There was a milk frother so a self made cappuccino was a nice option. The hotel hall opens on a small alley together with the backrooms of some restaurants and other hotels. The street gets a little dark and dirty at night but it is safe. The main street next to the hotel is the border of Ikseon-dong with many places for eating and late-night options. The location is great as the main city attractions are a few minutes away on foot or by subway.

Great staying in a unique room and kind staffs

Some parts of the bathroom were in poor condition and I’d definitely wear shower shoes! Otherwise, great stay. There’s even a chill area at the front where you can bring back food to eat if you want to escape the chaos of the nightlife. Very close to shopping, train, food, etc. The 24/7 Ramen shop is a must try because it’s so niche. Also recommend you take the airport shuttle rather than the train when you’re trying to catch your flight. It’s slightly more (17,000 KRW) but it’s far more convenient than dragging all your stuff through the various subways. The bus stop is kind of a walk though. I wouldn’t recommend for people barely ambulatory. There’s no direct train to and from the airport. It also takes about an hour or so to get to the hotel if you take a train to the hotel from Incheon.

The general manger was responsive, helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to work with me with my arrival time. Highly recommend

The breakfast was good and the staff were nice and helpful anytime needed. I just have some concerns about the cleanliness. It smells the toilet in the room, even though we leave the window open all day but we still smell it when go back in the evening. You know it is not convenient to sleep while smelling this.

The hotel was very clean and in good condition, which is the main thing. However it is worth noting that the bathroom was quite impractical, with the shower and toilet in the same cubicle, where the shower was practically sitting directly above the toilet. This meant that after using the shower the toilet was covered in water as was the floor surrounding it. It was manageable for two nights, but not particularly ideal.
