Luxury Hedone Apartment near the Bridge with Private SPA Zone

Great and quick communication with the owner. Even went as far as helping us out in a bind that happened to us while staying at the apartment.(Thank you). Hot tub and sauna were awesome.At the time we have been in Croatia for a couple of weeks and have stayed at several apartments. This is the first one that had a microwave and a toaster---nice touch. Very close to the Old town. After climbing numerous stairs to get to other apartments, we were happy this one only had six steps and you're in.

When we arrived by taxi i honestly did not want to get out, the building itself is grotesque, it had graffiti all over it and looked like it was a slum, however when we approached the door it was okay, when we opened the door you would not have said what was behind it, beautifully decorated, sauna and hot tub, spacious bedroom, really nice, only problem we had was it rained really hard one night and water was coming through window where hot tub was, we rang owners and they were there in 5 mins, think the seal needed replacing, also the hot tub kept firing up around 2am in the morning and we had to get up to sort it out, also had some noisy people upstairs who were shouting but this had nothing to do with the apartment, good position just a short walk from centre, would i recommend, yes i would, as long as people upstairs werent residents. Beautiful apartment but drastically needs outside sorting. When this is done it will be okay.

Everything was simply perfect, the structure is new clean and well equipped. It’s located 10 minute’s by foot to the old town and within two minutes you can find supermarkets, bar and pharmacy. The host Patricia is very nice and always ready to help. You cannot choose a better accommodation if you are in Zadar.

The apartment is clean and close to everything. Decoration is great, and there a lot of service inside! Great host too

No personal car park , but you can park around with no problem.

Private hot tub and sauna was amazing after long walks around Zadar Quiet location and close to all the main sites It was really helpful to have a wide variety of utensils and appliances including laundry, coffee machine, two TVs and streaming services (not that we were in the apartment all day!) etc Wonderfully furnished and comfortable Friendly and attentive hosts who were always available.
