Location and cleanliness.

The air-con was set as eco-mode so it was too warm. Breakfast was nothing so too expensive.

Great room at Green lakes. Clean, new, and comfortable. There is a kettle in the room but no coffee maker. Could provide tea/coffee and sugar. Little road noise but most places are all along the highway.

Everything was great... the facilities, comfort, communication, location. Very convenient for visiting the Plitvice Lakes. Parking available. The house feels brand new and everything was in working order.
