Very comfortable, great location. Toma our host was a great help and easy to contact. Luggage storage available was helpful too as we arrived quite early.

Close to harbour and main strip. Small but has a balcony you can go stand on. Close to beach. Bus terminal within walking distance. Many restaurants near by. Also a supermarket with in walking distance.

Kan inte tänka oss bättre läge, lika nära stad som strand, mindre än 4 minuter. MEN, en stad med strand innebär sand i kläder, skor o på människor o i säng. Städning fanns inte men en sopkvast hade gjort underverk. Något att hänga upp handdukar o badkläder saknades enormt men TV o dörrar o stol fick duga.

The advertising is almost fraudulent. No news channels on the TV. Hardly enough space for one person with luggage. I met the incoming tenants on my departure. They were equally as disappointed and made the comment, nothing like the photos. The definition of luxury means a state of great comfort or elegance, especially when involving great expense. Luxury should be dropped from the name. The ground floor entry does not have a light at night. The whole building is run down. The young man who let me in was pleasant. I asked him to check out the TV channels for news channels. He seemed genuinely surprised that none could be found and said he would tell the owner immediately. I never heard another thing. I would recommend paying a little more to stay somewhere decent. This place was not inexpensive and a waste of money. It really detracted from my experience of Split.

The property was in a great neighborhood. It had a nice balcony.

There is no key for the door. There was a digital to enter, but not key to lock the door once you were in. I was uncomfortable with that. AND, there was an air freshener that was so strong in a bad way! Both my husband and I found it so unpleasant. To the point of giving us head aches. We had to leave the balcony door open to clear the smell. Easy fixes for the manager.
