"Staff great, rooms a little noisy"

The staff were fabulous. Very helpful and provided some great suggestions for local places to drink and eat.

There is little/mo sound proofing between the room, so you can hear when your neighbors are using the bathroom or come/going from room. There is also no lift to the floor, so you need to carry cases up/down stairs. Finally the area outside the hotel was very dirty with lots of rubbish and there were groups of people loitering outside drinking of an evening, so some people might not feel safe of an evening.
