Apartment Katarina

Owner was super good and helpful. Clean apartment with everything that needed. Private parking in parking garage and elevator straight to apartment, very easy to came and go.

Shower was little difficult in bathtub, and towels were quite small size.

It was spacious and very clean. It was well equipped with everything one could wish for. The host was very accommodating and always responded immediately. The deck was very nice.

There was a lot of noise from very loud motorcycles which made sleep difficult at times.

We came as a family of 4 adults and the apartment was just perfect for us(parents and two grownup children)! We had a great family experience. There was enough room for everyone, the kitchen was well equipped, the master bathroom as well, even though the apartment is right next to a very busy street, it wasn't too loud. I have stayed around the neighbourhood before, and even though it might look a bit far from the centre(it's actually a 25-30 minute walk to the Riva and the palace, 5 minutes by car, bus stops are right behind the corner), it's absolutely one of the best locations to stay when visiting Split. I love this neighbourhood because it also represents a Yugoslav era historical part of the city, and a monument to Yugoslav urban planning of the 60s and 70s. This building is, however, new. You get to have a parking lot included in the price in the garage, but there is also free parking around the neighbourhood. In the neighbourhood you can find all kinds of facilities, the supermarket is situated in the building complex, the nearest beach 5 minutes walk down the hill. Last, but not least, Katarina was a lovely host!

Good location. Close to the beach and city center. Parking in the underground area (for Spit it is a problem getting your car parked). Nice apartment. Nice terrace. Great in every way. A very good option to rent a place in Split.

maybe it will be good to add large towels.
