Location was good

It was a little tired in outlook

Fantastischer Service, super freundliches Personal, Lage für Reisende sehr gut (Busbahnhof) und ansprechende Zimmer (sauber, schön)

It’s a small boutique hotel with extremely friendly staff. Location is excellent next to public transport in case you want to go into the main city area. I want to mention Sven , who worked the reception area - he went above and beyond to ensure we had a very comfortable stay.

Entrance area could be better lit. Not any vegetarian options for breakfast outside juice and cereal.

Breakfast was simple but acceptable. Very close to the central bus station, convenient for bus travel .

There were several noisy construction sites next to the hotel.

The facility was clean and comfortable. The employees, Sven, Neven and Ande?Ange?, were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The location is across the street from the bus station making it exceptionally convenient to use the 9 Euro shuttle bus to or from ZAG airport. The train station requires a tram ride or a 20 minute walk. Several tram lines are on the same street. The breakfast was complete with both European and North American selections.

The shower lacked a soap tray or soap dispensers and the shower controls were not intuitive. While rooms had refrigerators, there was no opportunity to heat food either with an in-room or with a shared microwave. Nearby supermarkets (Konzum and Tommy) are small. It is a 15 minute walk to the best nearby supermarket, a Super Konzum. I would have been given a noisy room, right above the busy street, if I had not requested to be moved to a quieter room.

Breakfast was okay, not great. Room was okay.

Location was 30 minute walk to the town centre, not great for a tourist!
