Very comfortable and spacious room in a small hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was excellent, considering the size of the hotel, with eggs cooked to order. Breakfast hostess/chef, Anja, was always on hand to ensure that we had everything we needed. The location, opposite the main bus station, is not very picturesque, but it is very convenient for all transport options. There are also many food and drink options nearby because of the bus station. The city centre is only a short tram ride away.

The window was locked shut, so no fresh air option, but the aircon worked well.

Es un hotel fantástico y acogedor, pequeño. El servicio es muy bueno y está muy limpio. La atención de los dos señores con los que tratamos en la recepción fue genial, lo facilitaron todo y estuvieron muy atentos, siempre. La señora de los desayunos, igual. Un trato espectacular. La habitación muy grande, muy limpia y tranquila para tres personas. Muy contentos en general, la verdad.

El hotel está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero perfectamente comunicado en tranvía. Sin ningún problema en este sentido. Además, los medios de transporte en Zagreb son muy económicos. Un Uber o un taxi, están muy bien de precio. El hotel está frente la estación de autobuses de Zagreb. Fuimos a Liubliana un día y como esperábamos madrugón para ir en bus, se agradeció la cercanía.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasure. Sven on the front desk helped us with our car hire and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was plentiful and the hotel is located a very short 2 minute walk across the road from the main Zagreb bus station. Also only a 10minute walk into the town centre, cathedral and sights.

We would have enjoyed a gym or pool but went for a jog into the town centre instead for exercise. In fairness the hotel doesn’t advertise a gym or pool so this is not really a disadvantage.
