Staff were great. City is beautiful

The hotel is within two minutes working distance to old town Zagreb. Staff is friendly and rooms are recently renovated. I would recommend art’otel to anyone who plans to visit Zagreb.

My stay at art’otel Zagreb powered by Radisson Hotels was nothing short of amazing! The central location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the vibrant farmers market, charming shops, and endless restaurants. It made exploring the city on foot effortless and fun. The hotel itself is ultra-modern, stylish, and freshly renovated—a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. After long days of walking and sightseeing, the indoor pool and sauna were an absolute blissful retreat. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zagreb—whether it’s your first time or your fifth. I’ll definitely be back!

We loved staying here so much that we changed our reservation for our return trip to Zagreb so that we could stay at this hotel. We particularly loved the steam sauna and pool which was a really nice treat before and after a long day of flying. The staff was so friendly - truly delightful. We are now hooked on art'otels and will be looking for them wherever we travel from now on.

I booked through hotels.com and the dates I booked needed to be changed. Hotels.com they assured me that the reservation was updated and not to worry. When I reviewed this prior to my trip, I didn’t receive a message back and parts of the conversation were deleted. I again was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. I got to the hotel and it was a problem. They charged me for the extra day that I was assured I wasn’t going to pay for months prior. I contacted hotels.com and they contacted the hotel and now the hotel refuses to give me a credit, conversations were deleted and I’m out hundreds. The staff is nice but will talk about you. They thought I didn’t know the language but I did. The hotel is very beautiful and high end but I’d never recommend staying here due to this situation and lack of concern when a problem arises.

Lovely hotel and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Loved the friendliness and informative staff, especially upon arrival. My room was the perfect size! Loved the espresso machine + coffee/tea choices. The bathroom was especially spacious and bright with great washing products. Roof top open till late. Accessible pool/spa + restaurant. Wish I was staying longer.

Wonderful staff, rooms, location. Would love to return.
