Via Mare Luxury rooms

It was a very clean and comfortable room in a great location. Right next to the beach and a 15minute walk to the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided plenty of clean towels etc.

The room was a little dark. There wasn't a huge amount of natural light as the only window was a door right next to the main door so you lacked privacy if you had the curtain open.

We zijn vandaag (helaas) weer terugkomen uit Split. Er was goed contact met Kazimir en hij was er ook om ons op te wachten en ons de kamers te laten zien. Deze werden elke dag schoongemaakt en we maakte elke dag een gezellig praatje, de vrouw was oprecht super lief! En je loopt de trappen af en je kan zo de zee inspringen en aan beide kanten zit een strandje. Verder is het denk ik 20 minuten wandelen naar de stad zelf dus prima te doen. Wij hebben hier prima gezeten en zullen het ook aanraden!

Enige puntje is misschien dat het er allemaal verlaten uit ziet onder of naast de appartementen geen "clubs" of kroegen meer dus het ziet er wat verlept uit rondom de appartementen maar daar kunnen zij niets aan doen!

I'd like to give the most negative review of this property and the people who run it. The room we were given was at the main entrance, under the external metal stairs used by people going to the beach. The noise of people passing by on the stairs at night until 3 a.m. and the lack of soundproofing prevented us from sleeping. We left a day early because it was impossible to rest. The only window/door was next to the main entrance, so we had to keep it closed at all times to avoid being seen. In our haste to leave, we forgot a pair of AirPods in the bed in the room. We notified the owners, and the cleaning staff found them in the room, but they were never returned to us, even though we offered to pay for shipping, and weeks went by with no results. There's not much else to comment.
