Posizione centrale, appartamento spazioso. Pulito

Mancanza di bustine shampo, tovaglioli, tovagliette, qualche bustina di té e acqua come welcome , mancanza tostapane

appartamento grande, pulito e ben rifinito

non c’è l’ascensore, una delle due camere da letto, di quelle che sono nel sotto tetto, è molto scomoda se sei alto.

La struttura non corrisponde assolutamente alle foto proposte e agli appartamenti pubblicizzati. Dalle foto prodotte non si capisce l’effettiva disposizione dell’appartamento proposto con vista giardino (che effettivamente c’è) 2 bagni una cucina e due camere separate. Il problema è che chi affitta si è scordato di sottolineare che le camere sono EFFETTIVAMENTE SEPARATE dal GIARDINO, cioè x accedere alle camere bisogna attraversare il giardino esterno e senza copertura. D’inverno o quando piove e’ il top.

The space was good for my family. Is in a good location to walk around to tourists' sites.

Was not made aware of the construction during that time that made it somewhat difficult to get to parking and to unload luggage.

My arrival was only a few hours after the check-in window, yet the host at Veronetta 52 responded with unexpectedly harsh and unhelpful behaviour. They refused to provide even minimal support to facilitate check-in. When I requested to cancel just the first night (a reasonable ask given the circumstances), they rejected it immediately. A few hours later, without any request from my side, they cancelled the entire reservation themselves (2 days), causing me a significant financial loss. Unprofessional conduct and very poor customer service.

NON C'è PARCHEGGIO, BAGNI PICCOLISSIMI CHE PER FARE LA DOCCIA ERA IMPOSSIBILE PER UN ADULTO, PER ENTRAE IN CASA SIAMO DOVUTI PASSARE DA UNA RUSPA, L'APPARTAMENTO NON HA ASCENSORE. I GESTORI NON HANNO FATTO TROVARE NIENTE PER LA COLAZIONE NEMMENO UNA BOTTIGLIA DI ACQUA O UN PACCHETTO DI FETTE BISCOTTATE COME SOLITAMENTE IN TUTTE LE ALTRE CASE TI TASCIANO IL MINIMO ALMENO PER IL PRIMO GIORNO
