The room was very clean and modern, looking newly renovated. It had a fabulous view so was lovely to wake up seeing sun rise over Tuscan countryside. Location was great, within a few minutes walk of cafes and a short walk to the centre. The staff were all very kind, welcoming and helpful.

Loved it all! The stairs might be a problem for some people (lots of stairs and narrow passageway) but fine if you are mobile enough. Staff carried suitcases upstairs for us.

Ausgesprochen sorgfältig und kreativ renoviertes, uraltes Gebäude, stilvoll eingerichtet, topmodern, blitzsauber, sehr bequeme Betten, kleines Frühstücksangebot mit bestem Kaffee, obwohl dies gar nicht offiziell angeboten wird, grosszügig, äusserst netter Empfang, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Such a charming and unique place. Super comfortable, clean, well located and with such amazing staff. The kitchen area with free hot drinks, eggs, bread and cereal was an additional suprise as was the free water and beer. The little roof space at the top of the tower was charming too!

I liked everything. But as it is a hotel in an very old tower there is no lift / elevator so if you aren’t happy to go up and down some steps to your room this place may not work for you. However if that’s not a problem for you I thinks it’s the most fabulous place to stay in Sienna.
